Why can't I choose Cash on Delivery as my payment method?

We strive to provide our customers with the most convenient online shopping experience - this includes providing a diverse selection of payment options. However, our cash on delivery option may not be available in certain cases such as:

1. Seller items sold by Consistent Frozen Solutions.

2. Overseas items amounting to PHP 10,000 and above - Orders charged with international handling fees are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

3. Some specific delivery addresses - The option to pick up your order from our Click + Connect locations is only available for prepaid orders.

If all payment methods are disabled, your order may have delivery area restrictions.

4. Some specific product exclusion - Some items and high-valued products like mobile phones are excluded from COD as requested by the seller or ZALORA suppliers.
