IN YOUR APP'S BAG/CHECKOUT PAGE, SIMPLY KEY IN THE VOUCHER CODE IN THE "VOUCHER" SECTION TO APPLY THE DISCOUNT.

On the "BAG" page, click on ENTER VOUCHER CODE

ON YOUR CART PAGE, YOU CAN TYPE IN THE VOUCHER CODE ON THE RIGHT SIDEBAR.

DUE TO SUPPLIER CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS, THERE ARE SOME GENERAL VOUCHER CODE RESTRICTIONS WHICH ARE HIGHLIGHTED HERE.

CAN YOU STACK MORE THAN ONE VOUCHER CODE?

Yup - you are now able to stack multiple voucher codes to your order for the best deal at ZALORA! The wording above the voucher code allows you to distinguish between stackable and non-stackable voucher codes. If an item is non-sale or does not currently have any ongoing promotions then the "Apply Voucher Code" option will not be shown.

HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE EACH VOUCHER CODE?

CHECKBOX

You can stack more than one voucher code when you see the checkbox with a list of voucher codes and the note Stackable voucher - can select multiple. Simply click on your preferred voucher codes to your item.

RADIO BUTTON

If you see a radio button and the note "Exclusive voucher - can select 1", this indicates that the voucher code is not stackable and that you can only apply one voucher code to your item.

However, if you find that your item is eligible for both stackable and unstackable voucher codes, you can do one of two things:

You can select the unstackable voucher for your item
You can select multiple available stackable vouchers for your item

You can always alter the voucher code by clicking the clear button and entering a new one. Don't forget to click the "Apply" button to have the changes reflected in your order. Additionally, you can also add on one voucher code at order level (where applicable) without overriding your item level voucher codes.
